
Kuwaiti Emir Sheikh Sabah al Ahmad al Jaber al Sabah and his accompanying delegation left here on Tuesday heading for Saudi Arabia to participate in the 16th consultative summit of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC)'s leaders.
The GCC summit aims to boost joint political, economic and security cooperation among the GCC states to achieve aspirations of the GCC's peoples.
The Kuwaiti delegation includes First Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sheikh Sabah Al Khaled Al Hamad Al Sabah, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior Sheikh Mohammad Al Khaled Al Hamad Al Sabah, Deputy Prime Minister and Defense Minister Sheikh Khalid Jarrah Al Sabah and a number of senior officials.
