Abdel Aal Al-Qenai
Beirut - NNA

Ambassador of the State of Kuwait to Lebanon, Abdel Aal Al-Qenai, praised the "official and popular Lebanese positions condemning the attack against Kuwait and its emir, which reaffirms the deep-rooted ties and fraternal relations between the two brotherly countries and their peoples."

Al-Qena'i said in a statement issued this Wednesday: "The sincere brotherly feelings expressed by our brothers in Lebanon towards Kuwait and its leadership, starting with Lebanese President Michel Aoun, Speaker Nabih Berri, Prime Minister-designate Saad Hariri and current and former prime ministers, through to various political forces and economic bodies, religious, social and media figures, as well as labor unions, reaffirm the two countries' deep-rooted relations which cannot be affected by the arrows, claims and abuses of small people."

The ambassador expressed sincere thanks and appreciation to the Lebanese brotherly people for showing solidarity with Kuwait "the country that has always stood by Lebanon in its crises."
