Korea's vice FM leaves for Geneva for UN meeting

South Korea's vice foreign minister left for Geneva on Monday to make a speech at a United Nations meeting over North Korea's dismal human rights conditions while the North's top diplomat will also do so to vindicate Pyongyang's stance, officials said.
South Korean Vice Foreign Minister Cho Tae-yul embarked on a four-day trip to Geneva to address Pyongyang's human rights issue and the promotion of women's rights on Tuesday at the high-level segment of the 28th session of the U.N. Human Rights Council, according to the foreign ministry.
