Kazakhstan religious affairs agency chief leaves Cairo

Head of Kazakhstan's agency for religious affairs Marat Azilkhanov and his accompanying delegation left here Tuesday after a three-day visit to Egypt where he met with Azhar Grand Imam Ahmed el-Tayyeb and Awqaf Minister Mohamed Mokhtar Gomaa.Azilkhanov also attended the fifth meeting of the board of trustees of Egypt University of Islamic Culture.During the meeting, Azilkhanov lauded the role of Azhar and Awqaf Ministry in improving religious speech and spreading the right teachings of Islam.
