Jordanian King Abdullah II received on Wednesday Arab leaders participating in the 28th Arab Summit.
The Jordanian monarch received Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El Sisi and Mauritanian President Mohamed Ould Abdel Aziz, whose country presided over the 27th Arab Summit.
King Abdullah also met Saudi King Salman bin Abdelaziz al Saud, Kuwaiti Emir Sabah al Ahmad al Jaber al Sabah, Qatari Emir Tamim bin Hamad al Thani, Tunisian President Beji Caid Essebsi, as well as other Arab leaders and senior officials.
Syria is not taking part in the two-day summit following the decision to freeze its membership in the Arab League in 2012.
