Jordan FM, UK foreign secretary discuss Gaza over phone

Jordanian Foreign Minister Nasser Judeh discussed over phone with British Foreign Secretary Philip Hammond the latest developments in the Middle East especially in the Gaza Strip.
They stressed the importance of boosting a truce and reaching a permanent ceasefire in the coastal enclave, read a statement by the Jordanian Foreign Ministry.
Judeh highlighted Jordan's efforts, as member of the UN Security Council, in reaching a sustainable cease-fire.
