HRH Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Prime Minister, sent a cable of congratulations to Turkmenistan's President Kurbanguly Berdymukhamedov marking his country’s Independence Day.
HRH wished the Turkmen President good health and happiness and the Republic of Turkmenistan further progress and prosperity.
