Individual Panel Judge in Beirut Ghassan Khoury issued on Tuesday a verdict to directly set free Hannibal Gaddafi, stop any pursues against him, and announce that he is innocent from the crime he was accused of.
It is to note that Hannibal Gaddafi was accused of defaming the judicial authorities.
The verdict gave Hannibal the right to defend himself in front of the judicial authorities.
