Foreign Minister Sameh Shoukry returned to Cairo Thursday from Istanbul, Turkey, after leading Egypt's delegation to the Islamic Summit Conference on behalf of President Abdel Fattah El Sisi.
Shoukry chaired the opening session where he gave the Egyptian President's speech and then he handed over the presidency of the 13th round of the Islamic Summit Conference to Turkey.
