Awqaf Minister Mohamed Mokhtar Gomaa has mourned Saudi King Abdallah ben Abdel Aziz, who died early Friday aged 90.
During Friday sermon, the minister hailed the late king’s wisdom and his supportive stances towards the Arab and Muslim nations.
The Awqaf ministry had called for absentee funeral prayer for the king in all of the country’s mosques on Friday.
