MFW to overlap with LFW in S/S 2013

London Fashion Week 2012 Fashion Week spring/summer 2013 will overlap with London Fashion Week, even ending on the same day, confirmed in a press release from the Camera Nazionale della Moda Italiana today entitled "Milan Answers Back to London and New York". Milan's shows will run 19 - 25 September, while London has set its show schedule for 21 - 25 September. Milan will also clash with New York by one day."It is with great disappointment that we read Camera Nazionale della Moda's statement released earlier today, that they will continue to break the dates agreement and schedule shows over New York and London Fashion Weeks," a statement from the British Fashion Council read today. "No one would agree that this is in anyway an ideal situation but we have and continue to receive incredible support from both international and domestic media and retailers to retain the existing agreement."
