Weird collection
New York - Arabstoday
Weird collection Jeremy Scott sent his fall and winter 2012 collection down the runway during New York Fashion Week. The designer merged a Bart Simpson motif with the concept of a computer keyboard. That translated into oversize sequined dresses in bold horizontal swashes, a cape made of multicolour hair extensions and a unicorn motif stretch dress. Disco pants, light-up bindi jewels and metallic techno fabrics were among the other highlights of this outlandish collection.
Other computer references, including a see-through rain poncho with an allover print of a gloved-hand cursor and tracksuits and dresses in an allover print consisting of '90s-era Mac screenshots.
