Fashionistas step out in Frankfurt

The stylish women at the ceremony Frankfurt – Arabstoday MTV hosted its annual Europe Music Awards in Frankfurt last night, attracting a host of stars to the German city. Heidi Klum was on presenting duties and called on Donatella Versace to provide her with not one but nine Versace dresses to wear throughout the course of the evening, including designs from the spring/summer 2013 and autumn/winter 2012-13 collections. As is tradition with music award shows, the night's performers switched from their red carpet gowns to something a little sassier to perform live - boots, both knee-high and beyond, proved a popular choice worn with short hemlines.
Our favourite looks of the night included Taylor Swift in an ethereal J. Mendel number, Lana Del Rey in a midnight blue silk dress, accessorised with black heels, Alicia Keys in a Stella McCartney panelled dress with Gianvito Rossi metallic heels and Kim Kardashian in a Stéphane Rolland black gown with plunging neckline and train.
