Turkish-Saudi summit held in Riyadh on Tuesday discussed the recent developments on both regional and international arenas and the current challenges facing the Middle East. Saudi King Salman and Turkish President Recep Tayeb Erdogan discussed the ways to push forward the bilateral relations.

Crown Prince Mohamed Bin Nayef also met with the Turkish president to discuss the progress witnessed in the relations between Riyadh and Ankara and the recent developments in the Middle East and efforts exerted to contain the regional crises in addition to the way to increase cooperation between the two countries during the coming period.

On his hand, Deputy Crown Prince Mohamed Bin Salman held a meeting with Erdogan to discuss the regional developments and the ways to improve them in addition to the current efforts to achieve peace and stability in Middle East.

The meetings of the Turkish president with the Saudi senior officials were attended by a large number of governmental officials from the two countries. Erdogan left Saudi heading to Qatar to end his Gulf tour that began with his visit to Bahrain.
