Israeli fire fighters extinguish vehicles destroyed by rocket fired
Jerusalem - Arab Today

Rockets were fired at Israel from southern Lebanon overnight Monday, in a fourth such attack on northern Israel since Friday, the Israeli army said in a statement.
A police spokesperson said no injuries or damage were reported.
"Several rockets were fired from Lebanon at the western Galilee, one hitting an open area," a statement by the Israeli army said, adding the army launched artillery fire in response.
The Lebanese army and UNIFIL, the UN peacekeeping force in Lebanon, have begun searching the area, local media said.
No organization has yet claimed responsibility for the latest attack or previous two similar attacks on Friday and Saturday.
Israeli military officials told local media they believed that the rockets were probably fired by a small pro-Palestinian organization in Lebanon, not Hezbollah.
A mortar shell fired from Syria landed on the Israeli- controlled Golan Heights on Sunday night. No injuries were reported. The Israeli army fired back, the army spokesperson's unit said in a statement. It is not clear yet who was behind the fire but according to the statement, "initial reports suggest that the rocket was not errant."
The latest incident occurred as Israel's deadly offensive on Gaza entered its seventh day and the death toll in Gaza climbed to 172, Gaza-based Al Mezzan Human Rights Center said. Some 1,230 people were injured.
Rocket fire from Gaza continued through the night, as some 20 rockets were launched at southern Israel since midnight.
In the early morning hours, an unmanned aircraft entered Israel from Gaza and was intercepted, causing no injuries or damage, an army announcement said.
U.S.-made Patriot missile battery intercepted the drone and destroyed it in mid flight, the army spokesperson's unit said in a statement. Israeli navy force was looking for remnants in the sea.
