Visit by Egyptian governors to Russia reassured tourists of security in Egypt

The visit of the Red Sea and South Sinai governors to Moscow has reassured the Russian tourists of security in Egypt, said Egypt's Ambassador in Moscow Mohamed El Badry.

The ambassador said that the interaction of the governors with the Russian media has conveyed a message to the Russian tourists that Egypt is totally safe.

El Badry expected that the visit would have great influence on promoting the tourist sector in Egypt in the year to come.

The Egyptian embassy in Moscow exerts great efforts to sign a twin agreement between the Egyptian cites of Hurghada and Sharm El Sheikh with two Russian cities, the diplomat noted.
