Shoukry, Lavrov to discuss resumption of direct flights to Egypt

Egypt's Foreign Minister Sameh Shoukry and Russian counterpart Sergei Lavrov are expected to discuss resumption of Russian fights to Egypt, Egyptian Ambassador in Moscow Mohamed el Badry said. 

The discussions will be held during Shoukry's visit to Moscow which will start on March 16, the ambassador said. 

During his stay, Egypt's top diplomat and Lavrov are scheduled to discuss the situation in Syria, Libya and Yemen, el Badry told Sputnik news agency. 

Shoukry is expected to meet speaker of the State Duma, the lower house of Russia’s parliament, Sergey Naryshkin.
