Iran joins tourism initiative

The Region Initiative (TRI) expanded deeper into the West Asia as two Iranian organizations joint the TRI. TRI's reach into Central Asia and Eastern Europe is continuing, and two organizations from Iran are now partners in its journey for a strong tourism base for the future of these regions. Derakhshesh Tour and Travel Agency along with TAV Tour and Travel Group from Iran have joined TRI. Bangladesh Tourism Foundation also joined the TRI. The Region Initiative now has a presence in 17 countries with 19 partners: Armenia, Bangladesh, India, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Iran, India, Pakistan, Nepal, Tajikistan, Russia, Sri Lanka, Turkey, Ukraine, and Uzbekistan.
