Egypt’s Ambassador to France Ehab Badawy opened the Egyptian pavilion in the Salon Mondial du Tourisme - International Tourism Fair.

The fair's 41st round started Thursday and runs for four days. 

The diplomat told MENA that tourism in Egypt would improve soon, adding Cairo is keen on restoring high rates of French tourist arrivals. 

Egypt has developed a plan to gradually refresh tourism industry and recover from its current situation, he said. 

He added that the country is committed to providing the highest measures of security to maintain safety of the tourists visiting Egypt.
