Alexandria governor inspects development works at Nozha airport

Alexandria Governor Hani El Messiry on Monday inspected the development works of El Nozha Airport, with a total cost of EGP 286 million, scheduled to be inaugurated on March 15.

In statements, Messiry called for carrying out commercial projects in the area surrounding the airport in order to attract passengers and companies to set up projects in the area.

Messiry was briefed on the work progress and issued directives to solve any emerging problem.

Nozha Airport is a public airport located seven Kilometers southeast of Alexandria downtown. The airport was currently closed for renovation and flights redirected to Burg Al Arab Airport.
