Beyonce, and Mark Ronson earn multiple MTV nominations

Taylor Swift, Ed Sheeran, Beyoncé, Kendrick Lamar and Mark Ronson led the pack with the most Moonman nods when the MTV Video Music Award nominations were announced Tuesday.

Miley Cyrus is to serve as host of the ceremony, which is to take place Aug. 30 at the Microsoft Theater -- formerly Nokia Theatre L.A., LIVE -- in Los Angeles.
