H.H. Sheikh Tahnoun bin Zayed Al Nahyan, National Security Adviser, has received Lt. Gen.Taha Hussein Osman Ahmed, the personal envoy of the Sudanese President, Minister of State and Director of the Office of the President, and his accompanying delegation, in Abu Dhabi.

The envoy conveyed the greetings of Sudan's President, Omar Hassan al-Bashir, to President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, wishing him good health, and further progress and welfare to the UAE's leadership and people.

During the meeting, they discussed relations, ways of enhancing them in various fields, and a number of issues of mutual interest.
