Qatar's defence minister meets commander of US naval forces central command

HE Minister of State for Defense Affairs Major-General Hamad bin Ali Al Attiyah met on Wednesday with Vice Admiral John Miller, Commander of US Naval Forces Central Command/United States 5Th Fleet/Combined Maritime Forces, and his accompanying delegation, who are on a visit to Qatar.
The meeting dealt with bilateral relations between the State of Qatar and the United States and means of enhancing them, in addition to a number of issues common concern.
HE US Ambassador to Qatar Dana Shell Smith and senior armed forces' officers attended the meeting.
