PM receives Germany's Merkel
PM Sherif Ismail & Chancellor Angela Merkel
Cairo - Arab Today
Prime Minister Sherif Ismail received on Thursday German Chancellor Angela Merkel at Cairo International Airport.
President Abdel Fattah El Sisi is due to hold bilateral talks with Merkel, who is currently on a two-day visit to Egypt.
Also, President Sisi will also meet with representatives of the Egyptian-German business community following his meeting with Merkel.
During her stay, the German Chancellor is slated to meet with Al Azhar Grand Imam Ahmed el Tayyeb and Pope Tawadros II of Alexandria and Patriarch of Saint Mark Diocese.
