Minister receives conference organisers

Electricity and Water Affairs Minister Dr. Abdulhussain Mirza received a delegation from the Excellence and Academic Research Association led by its President Dr. Eshaa bint Mohammed Al Khalifa.
Chairman of the Publishing Committee Professor Issa Qambar, Secretary Dr. Ali Zlit and board member Dr. Adel Ahmed Shams were also present.
The minister welcomed the delegation and was told about the Association’s plan to host a conference in engineering and information technology in Bahrain in March 2018 in cooperation with the Society of Electronics and Electrical Engineers under the minister’s patronage.
Dr. Mirza commended the efforts of the association and their efforts to organize such an important scientific conference and expressed his support and approval for it to be held under his patronage. He also pledged to provide all possible assistance to help the conference achieve its objectives.
The delegation thanked Dr. Mirza for the welcoming hospitality and his continued support and encouragement of events that benefit Bahrain and the region.
The meeting was also attended by a number of officials of the Sustainable Energy Unit.
