Lebanese Prime Minister receives UAE Ambassador

Saad Al-Hariri, Lebanese Prime Minister, and Hamad Saeed Sultan Al Shamsi, UAE Ambassador to Lebanon, have discussed bilateral relations and issues of mutual interest between the two countries, at the Sarai Palace.

The UAE Ambassador congratulated Mr. Al Hariri after his government won a Parliamentary vote of confidence, wishing him and his country stability and prosperity.

The ambassador also offered his condolences on the loss of Lebanese victims who were killed in the Istanbul terrorist attack, stressing the UAE's stand against terrorism, and wishing the injured a speedy recovery.

The Prime Minister sent his greetings to the UAE leadership, and hailed the strong and historical relations between the two countries.
