Lebanese Interior Minister, Egypt's Ambassador discuss bilateral ties, means of confronting suicide

Lebanese Interior Minister Nouhad Machnouk met on Thursday with Egypt's Ambassador to Lebanon Mohamed Badr El Din.

The meeting tackled Egyptian-Lebanese bilateral ties in all domains as well as conditions in Lebanon and in the Arab region.

In a statement following the meeting, the Egyptian ambassador said the meeting reflects the keenness of Egypt and Lebanon to exchange viewpoints in order to serve the Arab interests in the upcoming period.

Badr el Din added that he discussed with the Lebanese minister confronting terrorism, a danger that constantly needs joint exchange of information and training expertise in order to combat this dangerous phenomenon
