Lebanese army chief, US marine official review cooperation

Commander of the Lebanese Armed Forces, General Jean Qahwaji, met Thursday with Maj. Gen. William D. Beydler, head of the U.S. Marine Corps Forces Central Command, currently on a visit to Lebanon.
During the meeting, the two sides discussed aspects of military cooperation between the two armies, particularly in the area of training and equipping special units.
