Kuwaiti Acting Premier and Foreign Minister Sheikh Sabah Al-Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah met here on Wednesday with visiting Chairman of the UK House of Lords International Relations Committee Lord David Howell.
During the meeting, they discussed bilateral relations between both countries and issues of mutual interest.
