Kuwait's First Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sheikh Sabah Al-Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah on Thursday met U.K. Minister for the Middle Eastern and North African Affairs, Tobias Ellwood, currently on a visit to Kuwait.

    During the meeting, the two sides discussed means of boosting cooperation between the two countries and exchanged views on several regional and international issues of mutual concern.

    In a related development, Kuwait and the United Kingdom signed an agreement for the extradition of criminals.

    Kuwait's First Deputy Foreign Minister Khaled Al-Jarallah signed the agreement on behalf of Kuwait, while Ellwood represented his country.
