HE Foreign Minister Meets Turkmen Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister

HE Foreign Minister Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al-Thani met Tuesday with HE Turkmenistan's Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Rasit Meredow, who is currently visiting Doha.
During the meeting, they discussed bilateral relations and ways to widen cooperation between Qatar and Turkmenistan especially in the fields of economy and energy.
HE the Foreign Minister praised the relations between both countries and the outcomes of the Qatar-Turkmenistan High Joint Committee that was held last November in Doha. Qatar looks forward to broaden cooperation between both countries to serve common interests and enhance ties, he added.
