Ghana's President John Dramani Mahama met here today with Iran's Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif, who is now visiting Ghana within the African tour .
During the meeting, they discussed relations between the two countries and ways of enhancing them in various fields, in addition to the situation in Syria.
