Deputy Prime Minister Meets UK Special Envoy for Horn of Africa

HE Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of State for Cabinet Affairs Ahmed bin Abdullah Al Mahmoud met on Wednesday with HE Nicholas Kay, UK Special Envoy for the Horn of Africa and UN Special Representative for Somalia.
During the meeting, they discussed the London Somalia Conference to be held in London in May. In addition, they reviewed bilateral cooperation relations between the State of Qatar and the UK as well as ways to strengthen and develop them in various fields.
The meeting was attended by HE the UK Ambassador to Qatar Ajay Sharma and a number of officials from the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers.
