Barzani discusses with international coalition commander preparations to Liberate Mosul

President of Iraqi Kurdistan region Massoud Barzani discussed with the commander of the international coalition against ISIS in Syria and Iraq, General Sean MacFarland, the ongoing preparations to liberate Mosul from the ISIS.

    According to a statement issued by his office, Barzani discussed with Gen. MacFarland the latest developments in the war against terrorism, liberalization process of Fallujah's city and the ongoing preparations to liberate Mosul.

    Barzani stressed during the meeting the importance of cooperation and coordination between the Peshmerga forces and the forces of the international coalition in order to eliminate terrorism and terrorists in the region.
