Azhar Grand Imam Sheikh Ahmed el Tayyeb Monday received at Azhar premises visiting Togolese President Faure Gnassingbé.
The meeting took up the role of Azhar and its message in spreading correct teachings of Islam and its fight against terrorist and extremist thoughts through its recent publications.
They also discussed the role of Azhar in correcting wrong understandings of Islam in Africa.
