Kuwait's permanent representative at the UN and international organizations in Geneva Jamal Al-Ghunaim said here on Friday the annual UN charity market is a significant occasion for boosting the values of cultural and societal understanding among diplomats and their families. Speaking to KUNA while visiting the Kuwaiti pavilion at the annual UN charity event, Al-Ghunaim said this occasion paves the way for promoting the habits and customs of world people. He stressed the significance of this initiative to the allocation of its sale proceeds for supporting charitable and humanitarian projects for children at the least developed areas in the world. The Kuwaiti diplomat also praised proper preparations for the Kuwaiti pavilion at the market, which was supervised by accredited diplomats' families.
