
Tourism Minister Hisham Zaazoua met on Wednesday witha high-level U.S. delegation, now visiting Cairo to be briefed on the political andsecurity developments in Egypt.The delegation comprises a large number of military veterans and strategicanalysts.Zaazoua asked the delegation members to convey the real image of Egypt to thewhole world.Zaazoua discussed with the delegation ways to promote tourism in Egypt, especiallyin Luxor and Aswan."Travel warnings issued by some foreign states had negatively affected the tourismbusiness," Zaazoua said.He added that the Egyptian government does its best to turn Egypt into ademocratic state after completing the road map for the transitional period."High security measures are being applied to secure tourists in Egypt," Zaazouaconcluded.
