Shaikh Nasser meets author Dr Abdul Aziz

Supreme Council for Youth and Sports chairman and Bahrain Olympic Committee president Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa met author Dr. Abdul Aziz Hamza, who presented him with his book ‘Tears on the Island’, which includes the most prominent incidents involving the Kingdom during the last century. During the meeting, Shaikh Nasser praised the efforts exerted by Dr Hamza in documenting and monitoring the most important facts and events in Bahrain, which makes it a reference for those interested in this field, asserting Bahrain’s need to more similar efforts to ensure more documentation of facts, memories and events over history, and wished Dr. Hamza success.
