Russian cultural centre resumes activities after end of mourning on doomed plane victims

The Russian Cultural Center on Saturday resumed its activities after the end of the mourning period announced in the wake of Russian jet crash over Sinai.
A statement released on Sunday said a Russian concert will be held at Cairo Opera House.
