
The State of Qatar is set to participate in the Dubai International Holy Quran Award Contest represented by Abdul Aziz Abdullah Al Hamri, who competes in the category of memorizing the whole Quran with Tajweed.
The contestant, Abdul Aziz Abdullah Al Hamri came first in Algeria's International Holy Quran Award Contest and second in Egypt's International Holy Quran Award.
He also came first in the competition of HE Sheikh Ghanem bin Ali Al-Thani for Holy Quran as well as first place in Sheikh Jassim Bin Mohamed bin Thani Competition for the Holy Quran recitation.
