
A Kuwaiti delegation of writers, intellectuals, academics, and media personalities are currently visiting the Iranian capital to strengthen cultural, scientific, and research relations between the two countries. For his part, Mohammad Al-Asousi, Assistant Secretary General of Arts and Theaters in the National Council for Culture, Arts, and Letters (NCCAL), mentioned, in a statement to KUNA, the delegation's happiness with start of this visit's program, which is organized by Iranian Cultural Consultancy in Kuwait, by visiting Iranian cultural and research centers, and meeting officials of these centers for the goal of developing Kuwaiti-Iranian cooperation. Al-Asousi also said that they aspire to enhance this cooperation through hosting many activities and forums of various cultural aspects, expressing hope that the visit accomplishes its goals, especially since it provides an opportunity to the Kuwaiti delegation to meet with many of cultural decision makers in Iran, which adds more distinctiveness to the relations than what it is.
