Head of the cultural office at Kuwait's embassy in Riyadh Mesfer Mahdi Mesfer has lauded the progress of the cultural and academic ties with Saudi Arabia.
He made the statement to KUNA on Friday after he concluded a tour in five Saudi universities, aiming at getting acquainted with the academic plans and curricula in various specializations as well as the potential of having Kuwaiti students accepted there for the 2015-2016 academic year.
The tour is part of the efforts by the Kuwaiti cultural office in the Kingdom to fulfill the expectations of the Kuwaiti students, and promote academic services they receive in the Kingdom. Means of bolstering cooperation with the academic institutions featured high on the agenda of the field visits to universities of Salman Bin Abdulaziz in Al-Kharj, Shaqra, Northern Borders, Najran and King Khalid.
