
The Civil Service Commission (CSC) said Wednesday that Eid Al-Fitr holiday would either start on Monday July 28th or Tuesday July 29th.
It said in a statement that if Eid was to fall on Tuesday July 29, the official holiday would last till July 31st, whereas Sunday July 27th and Monday July 28th would be considered rest days.
However it added if Eid starts on Monday July 28th, the holiday will start as of July 28th, considering Sunday July 27th and Thursday July 31st as rest days.
State bodies with special working circumstances shall determine their working hours according to their needs.
