Egypt's awqaf ministry to organize weekly cultural salon

Awqaf Minister Mohamed Mokhtar Gomaa decided to organize a weekly cultural salon to discuss intellectual issues, correct misconceptions and face "thought by thought".
The minister told MENA on Friday that the cultural salon aims to correct misconceptions among young people, specially those who belong to violence and extremism groups.
The cultural salon is scheduled to be organized every Saturday at the Supreme Council for Islamic Affairs' headquarters.
