
Deputy Minister to the Minister of Tourism and Craft Industry, in charge of Craft IndustryAicha Tagabou highlighted Sunday the need to provide all the region’s craftsmen with spaces of expression during the event “Constantine, Capital of Arab Culture 2015.”
Speaking on the occasion of the opening of the 13th National Brassmaking Fair, Tagabou said that the efforts “are underway to integrate all the craftsmen in this major event.”
The craftsmen are called to leave their own mark in this event, said the minister, while hailing the spirit of initiative and the commitment of Constantine’s craftsmen to their city’s heritage.
While underlining the State’s efforts to raise craft sector to the required level, Tagabou said that the craftsmen will benefit, in accordance with the directives of President of the Republic Abdelaziz Bouteflika, of all the necessary support to consolidate the development of craft activities, considered as “one of national economy’s components.”
