Chinese culture week opens in Armenia

A Chinese Culture Week was launched on Saturday in Yerevan in a bid to further enhance bilateral cooperation. Hansheng, an art troupe from the Southern Chinese city of Zhuhai, will give concerts in Yerevan and Gyumri during the Chinese Culture Week, which coincides with the 20th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Armenia. A Chinese art exhibition will also be held at the National Art Gallery of Armenia. China held an Armenian Culture Week in 2011, during which the two sides signed a 2012-2016 program of cooperation in the field of culture.
