
Thirty sites, including buildings and monuments, will be concerned by the "light project" launched in anticipation of the event "Constantine, Capital of Arab Culture 2015", a French specialist in architectural lighting, Alain Guilhot told APS. This architect, to which illumination of monuments was entrusted, said the seven bridges of ancient Cirta, Madrasa , Emir Abdelkader Mosque, regional theater of Constantine (TRC), Justice Square, the House of agriculture and Monument aux Morts (monument for dead) "are among the sites involved in the lighting project ." The project is currently “is being discussed” with the various involved bodies Guilhot said, adding that the illumination of monuments "will be achieved” before 16 April 2015 which corresponds to the official start of "Constantine , the capital of Arab Culture 2015" event.
