
Deputy Premier and Vice President of the Civil Service Board Shaikh Khalid bin Abdulla Al Khalifa has affirmed that civil service sector's policies aim to encourage its affiliates to continue their higher education, which will benefit the productivity and performance levels in ministries and government sectors.
This came as Shaikh Khalid received here today Head of Civil Service Bureau (CSB)'s Manpower Expenditures Budget Saber Mohammed Hassan who presented to him a copy of his who presented him a copy of his master's degree thesis entitled " A study about the relation between leadership methods and job satisfaction in Bahrain", in the presence of CSB's Chairman Ahmed bin Zayed Al-Zayed.
Shaikh Khalid praised the outcomes and recommendations of the study, that would help officials at different levels at the public sector to achieve the highest degree of professional performance.
Hassan lauded Shaikh Khalid's encouragement, which motivated him to study further and improve his management performance.
