Azhar official Abbas Shoman calls for facing slavery

Undersecretary of Al-Azhar Abbas Shoman has urged all human rights organizations and religious bodies to face all forms of slavery, human trafficking, forced labor and discrimination.
During his speech in a Vatican-based anti-slavery forum on Tuesday, Shoman said Islam has called for treating people equally.
He added that Azhar exerts strenuous efforts to achieve this goal as part of its endeavors to serve humanity.
