US crude oil drops to $58.31 per barrel in Asia trading

US crude oil futures for January's delivery continued to retreat in Asian trading, falling by 1.17 percent to reach USD 58.31 pb compared to last Friday's price.
Brent crude oil futures for January delivery went up by 1.18 percent, to stand at US 62.58 pb compared to the price last Friday.
The price difference between US light crude and Brent crude reached around USD 4.27.
